Very fast paced, I agree with WW it's not overpowering at all. I feel the songs needs a break (I hope I got the term right) where the instruments keep their speed, but the whole song gets quieter overall, look at the FFX Battle theme to see what I mean.

Not too bad...
My only complaint is that the entire song seems to be played a little slow; it loses the energy that made it such a great song. Work on that & Vocals (I'm not saying mine are better) and you have a solid cover once you add a little of your own flavor to it.

I have no idea why this is below my cover, it's so much better mastered. The soloing is great too. Like previous reviews have said is it clear you are Hendrix Inspired. My only complaint is the intro, you should have done it the way he did, there's an emptiness there. I must ask though, how did you record your guitar?
